How do I book a cleaning?

Booking is easy! Click the Book Online button to schedule your cleaning through our secure online booking system, or request a free quote if you're unsure which service is right for you.

Do I need to pay when booking?

Depending on the service, a deposit or full payment may be required through our secure Square booking system.

Can I request a same-day cleaning?

Yes! We offer same-day service based on availability. Same-day and rush bookings may include an additional service fee.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance, especially for weekends and Airbnb turnovers. However, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Do I need to be home?

No. Many of our clients provide a door code, lockbox code, or another secure way for us to access the property.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes. We bring professional cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products, let us know in advance.

Are pets okay?

Absolutely! Please let us know if pets will be present so we can ensure their safety and comfort during the cleaning.

What if my home needs extra attention?

No problem. If the home requires additional time due to heavy buildup, excessive pet hair, clutter, or other conditions, we will discuss any necessary pricing adjustments before proceeding.

Do you clean Airbnb and VRBO properties?

Yes! Vacation rental turnovers are one of our specialties. We help prepare properties for incoming guests with detailed cleaning, inspection photos, and optional supply restocking.

Can you restock guest supplies?

Yes. We can restock essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, soap, shampoo, and other approved guest amenities.

Do you provide inspection photos?

Yes. Inspection photos can be provided after your turnover service for added peace of mind.

What payment methods do you accept?

We securely process payments through Square, which accepts major credit and debit cards along with supported digital payment methods.

Do you offer recurring cleaning discounts?

Yes. Weekly and biweekly recurring cleaning plans are available at discounted rates.

Are prices guaranteed?

Our listed prices are starting rates. Final pricing may vary based on property size, condition, requested add-ons, and any special cleaning requirements.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

We understand that plans change. Contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to reschedule your appointment.
