Starting prices: Listed prices are based on properties in average condition and may be adjusted after reviewing the booking information.
Access: Customers must provide safe and reliable access to the property at the scheduled time.
Heavy-condition properties: Excessive buildup, pet hair, clutter, stains, or conditions requiring additional labor may result in an updated price.
Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Arrival window: Cleaning appointments may include an arrival window to allow for travel and completion of earlier appointments.
Utilities: Electricity and running water must be available during service.
Valuables: Customers should secure cash, jewelry, medications, weapons, and fragile valuables before the appointment.
